![]() ![]() Its not that i cant get the models to look good - i really like revit - this has been so helpful. We are currently discussing the best way to present our models to the client, and for them to take the model for a spin at home.īut the only problem is, we can not find a program that is visually appealing. Links to youtube videos/ websites are welcome, it'd be great to see some pretty models and the software potential. It would be good to get an idea of what people do when they present to clients real time and how they share that with the client to view when they are not sat in front of you. Money is a key consideration here as we would need to sub any license for the client to use third party softwares etc. ![]() I wanted to know what similar (if any) or plug in/ third party software was out there to aid the client to view and experience the model at home without my navigating around the model for them. Archicad also has a "hyper model" where you can view the bimx with section and plans embedded - very easy to navigate and visually brilliant. Archicad uses bimx and this allows the client to download PC software or an app (for free) to wander around the model as if in a computer game. My thread is really an extension of a previous thread from 2014, where the poster was after ways of exporting or presenting the model to clients. ![]() Hear me out - my preference is Revit purely because of its focus on Architecture, collaboration and doing the job efficiently (in short making my life easier) etc. I am currently in the process of changing over to Revit having used Archicad previously. ![]()
